At Jiaranai Studio, we strive to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information on shipping times, methods, and costs.
🇨🇦 Shipping to Canada: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
1. Order Processing Time We aim to process and ship all orders within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after shipment.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Address Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork at jiaranai.studioNYC@gmail.com with photo proof of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, contact us, and we will assist in locating the shipment or filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Delayed Shipments While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
